Youngs and dynamics, those three wine makers deeply care about keeping the traditions and savoir faire of their ancestors alive while trying to always improve and modernise their techniques and equipment in order to create high quality wines.
RESPECT OF THE ENVIRONMENT
The vineyard is High Environmental Value certified. It is a voluntary approach which aims to identify and promote particularly environmentallyfriendly practices. It covers four key areas: biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategy and management of fertiliser and water.
POLYVALENCE
Harvest, vinification, bottling, labelling, packaging, selling, delivery...: the wine makers of Château du Fresne, are skillfull and polyvalent. We take care of all the different stages of the wine making process.
OUR CUSTOMERS : OUR PRIORITY
Although our wine are exported on big international markets (such as Canada, United Kingdom, Belgium, United States, Germany ...), most of our wine are is bought by private customers. We plan several deliveries in every French region all year round.
